AN UPDATE TO OUR GUESTS ON A TRANQUIL STAY WITH PEACE OF MIND

At Silversands Grenada we have enhanced sanitisation and hygiene measures with guests and team members’ safety and well-being in mind.

Led by our Health & Safety Manager, we are building on existing protocols with increased hygiene measures as recommended by the Ministry for Health in Grenada along with guidelines from the World Health Organization, CDC and other leading organizations.

  • We have upgraded to higher grades of Ecolab* recommended COVID-19 disinfectants throughout all guest areas, transportation vehicles, guest rooms, public areas, restaurants, reception, spa, gym, and pool areas as well as back-of-house areas. Sanitisation is administered at 30-minute intervals.
  • Personal care kits for guests will be provided on arrival if needed. These include hand sanitiser, sanitised wipes, disposable gloves, and masks.
  • Temperature checks are taken upon arrival from the airport using a touchless forehead thermometer and when dining in restaurants.
  • All team members have their temperature taken upon arrival at work and visit the nurses’ station if higher than normal.
  • Our restaurants and spa will have additional sanitisation protocols for team members and guests to ensure safety and compliance recommended guidelines including table spacing.
  • Buffet breakfast is replaced with a la carte breakfast. We waive additional charge for room service should guests prefer to enjoy breakfast the sanctuary of their own room.
  • Restaurant, Spa and room service menus are revised. Menus are available on guest’s personal devices via QR code.
  • Our lifestyle & wellness offering is changing to offer activities following guidelines for physical distancing, including distancing of sunbeds by the pool and on the beach.
  • To ensure smooth arrival and departure we are adding contactless check in and check out.
