Sustainable Efforts

We source most of the fruits and vegetables for our restaurants through GRENROP (Grenada Network of Rural Women Producers), providing a direct and meaningful benefit to women growers on the island. What’s more, we maintain a nursery of supplemental ingredients that are sustainable in the island climate, lessening imports and, thus, limiting our carbon footprint.

Meet Chef Jean-Louis Brocardi

As Culinary Director and Executive Chef of Silversands Grenada, Jean-Louis Brocardi brings his 30 years of expertise to oversee our diverse culinary program. Chef Jean-Louis apprenticed with the Compagnons du Tour de France, and over his career has won several prestigious awards and served as executive chef for multiple restaurants worldwide.
